Scott-Telfer is led by Dorothy Telfer. Dorothy has successfully served a broad and diverse client base, ranging from major global coroporations (such as IBM and Philips Electronics) to early stage and venture funded companies.
Recent work for clients includes organisation design and development, reward systems - and mergers and acquisitions.
Before founding Scott-Telfer, Dorothy was partner and consultant with an executive search firm. Prior to this she held the position of Vice President Human Resources for a division of a major international group.
Scott-Telfer works in association with other management consulting firms and independent advisors in order to deliver the services our clients need.
